Clinical experts support a wide range of project teams working across all aspects of the NHS, integration with social care, government policy, private health care businesses and the pharmaceutical industry. The projects are both in the UK and internationally across Europe, former Soviet countries, the Middle East and Australasia.
Working with professional and patient groups our clinicians facilitate the development of clinical models of care. We bring insights from successful programmes elsewhere in the UK and internationally, knowledge of the evidence base to support these models and the facilitation skills required to design and run effective multi-professional workshops.
These have ranged from forensic analysis of quality failure, quality improvement projects for acute trusts under strain as well as preparing organisations for CQC inspections. Our clinicians provide knowledge of quality requirements and experience of the methods through which quality improvements can be implemented
This has ranged from national support for primary/community care transformation through to specific specialty redesign such as community cardiology. We bring clinical support and challenge but combine this with an analytic understanding of the potential impacts of service redesign.
Many of our clinicians have trust executive experience and are trained in coaching and mentoring. We can work with individual board level clinicians who often appreciate a mentor or as a team supporting entire boards.
