A leader and professional nurse with extensive senior experience in the health sector and Professional Advisory Services. Sally is passionate about improving person-centred health care. Experienced in identifying barriers to provide high clinical quality service and enabling others to achieve high personal performance. Appling an innovative mindset to design improvement solutions, influencing senior stakeholders, and inspiring people and organisations to manage change to deliver tangible outcomes. Adept at working in complex environments, including distressed organisations and those in crisis.

Sally has extensive organisational coaching experiencing including working for PwC Professional services as a clinical advisor for over 9 years and as a director in the health practice; she is known for being engaging, compassionate and commercially aware. As a coach and mentor her aim is to inspire and enable people and organisations to be and give their best.

As the Independent Nurse on a CCG Governing Body for 3 years, she has experience of being a non- executive of an SME. Sally has also been a School Governor. This has given her significant insight into the pressures faced by Boards in regulated and financially challenged environments and the boundaries between management and the non-executive to achieving good governance.

Sally is currently and honorary lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University and a committee member of the Royal College of Nursing – Nurses in Management and Leadership Forum.
