Kerry is a nurse with more than 30 years experience in the NHS, working in community services. She was the executive nurse director at Bromley Health and has led significant organisational change programmes, including the transfer of 800 staff into a social enterprise in 2011.

Kerry has a keen interest in the development and benefits of integrated team working across health and social care organisations.

Her specialist leadership and management skills include: Nursing and professional leadership, Increasing Productivity, Management of Change, Quality Governance, Service Redesign and Reconfiguration and Partnership working.

With PwC Kerry has supported whole system design programmes in North West London as part of the SaHF programme, including the redesign of Ealing hospital into a local hospital, the redesign of Central Middlesex hospital and the development of a hub model to support delivery of care across Ealing.
